Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of each gift (and the love + devotion put into designing and packaging each gift box), we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

If you or a recipient are not 100% happy with your gift upon delivery, please email us at orders@paloverdebotanicals.com and we’ll do everything we can to remedy the situation!
